Buyers from the Zagreb area can pick up their cards Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:00, after submitting the transfer order to the Association office at the following address:

Cards bought by buyers outside Zagreb shall be dispatched free of charge as soon as we receive the transfer order. Please send confirmation of payment to this fax number: 01 4618 208. Please fill in all the order details in capital letters.

Ouroboros Payment Gateway is a system used for online authorizations for credit/debit cards. This system is directy connected with the financial institutions, and the transfer of data between Ouroboros and those institutions is secured, for instance with encryption. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and VPN (Virtual Private Network) protocols for the security of your data travelling through Internet, to prevent their interception by unauthorsed persons.
The numbers of credit/debit cards are not stored on our system, thus reducing the possibility for misuse of your data.

Important payment notice
All donations will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
